It is efficient to both patients and physicians. Also it will have the potential to reduce healthcare costs and increase patient program compliance. It will design and develop a generic framework of real time decision support healthcare system for monitoring diabetes management. The aim of this paper is to build of a diabetes web-based management system. This system will have the potential to reduce healthcare costs and increase patient program compliance. The readings of diabetes and recommendations of treatments are sent to the patient and their general practitioners. It will allow the health care provider, to make a formed healthcare decision based on the collected data. The system will gather their medicinal data and these data will be held on a database and the system will process these data to progress of the patients. The patients will have access into database to enter their medical readings and queries which related with their chronic illness and they will able to receive the latest developments and recommendations to take careful and follow the medical advice by practitioners. The system will be focusing on diabetes which results from the body makes some insulin but cannot use it properly. The remote monitoring of patients is considered an important tool in facilitating improvements in diabetes care. By providing a roaming operation environment, internet healthcare technologies can bring efficiencies and convenience to both diabetics and relative medics on diabetes management. Diabetes management has been playing an important role on preventing or delaying occurrence of the life threatening diabetes complications. Our telemonitoring system shows a satisfactory/favorable opinion from the users’ perspectives based on the obtained results.Ī AB BS ST TR RA AC CT T Diabetes is one of the most prevalent chronic mellitus which occurs when blood glucose (sugar) increases more than normal. Furthermore, we performed a usability assessment of our system based on a laboratory study with seven doctors and seven patients to evaluate the users’ satisfaction. One of these is designed for the medical area, allowing remote monitoring of the patient’s pregnancy, and the other one is directed towards the patient, who enters the alarm symptom data, hypertension data, diabetes data, and clinical analyses, allowing the detection of a risk situation on time. Our system is composed of two mobile web applications. In this paper, we present the analysis, design, development, and usability assessment of a telemonitoring system focused on the remote monitoring and control of pregnancy in women suffering from hypertension, diabetes, or high-risk pregnancy. Based on international standards and studies, most of the harms and risks to both the mother and the infant can be detected, treated, and prevented through proper pregnancy monitoring, as well as through appropriate and timely diagnosis. ICONIX has developed a growing following over the years, for example, Sparx Systems' Enterprise Architect CASE tool (with 80,000+ copies in the field), which directly supports ICONIX as an option, and presents material on ICONIX in online help.Ī high-risk pregnancy is one in which pathological problems or abnormal conditions are latent during pregnancy and childbirth, increasing dangers to the mother’s or the infant’s health. Sitting between the free-for-all of XP and overly rigid processes such as RUP, ICONIX offers just enough structure to be successful. The work builds on and extends the authors' widely read Use Case Driven Object Modeling with UML: A Practical Approach. Use Case Driven Object Modeling with UML - Theory and Practice combines the notation of UML with a lightweight but effective process - the ICONIX process - for designing and developing software systems. This is underscored by the number of recent books explaining Extreme Programming (XP), a process (or lack thereof) that many believe goes too far in the direction of having no structure or no method. Yet process is necessary by themselves, diagrams are of little use. Diagramming and process are important topics in today's software development world, as the UML diagramming language has come to be almost universally accepted.
